Batian Registrars LLP Certified Secretaries was founded in Nairobi – Kenya in 2005, registered under the Business Names Act, CAP 499 laws of Kenya and Converted to a Limited Liability Company (LLP) in 2018 to provide corporate / governance secretarial services. The firm is registered with the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICS). Our expertise and unwavering commitment to our client’s success have set us apart. Corporate Secretarial work is highly technical and requires governance professionals who act as the key driver for corporate Governance within an organization.
